I have direct experience caring for first responders as well as members of the military. A significant portion of my experience has been treating trauma in one form or another, including the secondary trauma often experienced by emergency responders through their occupations, as well as the stressors stemming from the constant demands of their jobs and the heavy responsibility their work entails.

I take a very humanistic approach, focusing on people, the therapeutic relationship, and a personalized approach to moving through each challenge. I like to first focus on building the therapeutic relationship, and then customize an approach using different methods such as TF-CBT, grief and loss, CBT, DBT, family therapy, and couples counseling to address the symptoms and challenges being faced.
